<p><p>Dieses Ereignis wird in den Einstellungen des [[Programm - Arbeitsplatz#AgentImportVerzeichnisse|Agent - Import Verzeichnisse]] eingetragen. Das Skript wird ausgeführt, sobald der ArcFlow-Agent in dem von ihm überwachten Verzeichnis eine neue Datei findet. Die Datei ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht archiviert.</p><br />
<br />
<p>Der Name und der Pfad der Datei werden in den Variablen <font class=source>gAfActFileName</font> und <font class=source>gAfActPathName</font> übergeben.</p><br />
<br />
<p>In diesem Skript kann entschieden werden, ob die Datei nach ArcFlow importiert werden soll. Durch den Rückgabewert von <font class=source>false</font> kann die weitere Verarbeitung der Datei abgebrochen werden. Die weiteren Ereignisse werden dann nicht mehr aufgerufen. Wird <font class=source>true</font> zurückgegeben, wird die Datei in ArcFlow archiviert. Ob die importierte Datei aus dem Importverzeichnis gelöscht wird, hängt von der Einstellung [[Programm - Allgemein#Dokumentarchivierung|Dokument nach Archivierung im Quellpfad löschen]] ab.</p></p><br />
